"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you." Maya Angelou
Individual Psychotherapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. People might seek support with issues that are hard to face alone. In a caring safe and confidential environment we can explore feelings, believes, behaviours, past and present experiences.
Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety and panic attacks, abuse, trauma, loneliness, stress, work and career issues, addiction, bereavement, grief, difficult emotions (anger, frustration, despair), or relationship problems, I can offer you the support you need.
If you do not see the specific issue that concerns you named, do not feel discouraged. Often people are unsure what is bothering them and by talking to a therapist, you can start to better understand what is going on for you.
We will usually meet once a week, on the same day. I currently only offer online sessions, hoping that soon I will be able to also offer face-to-face sessions in my consulting room in Central London.
If you need support getting out of your own way of navigating a difficult life transition, I can help you find more calm and positivity and start living life to the full.
