Individual Psychotherapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. In a caring, safe and confidential environment we can explore feelings, believes, behaviours, past and present experiences.
Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space for both of you to explore your emotions, resolve your differences, and deepen your love and connection.
My philosophy combines psychodynamic, person-centred, cognitive behavioural and mindfulness theories with a strong commitment to the creative process and the use of creative action methods in one to one, team, and group supervision.

My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I draw from different perspectives, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Transcultural, and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I also have a deep appreciation for Mindfulness Meditation and Creative Therapies.
Every person is unique, so I tailor my therapeutic style to fit your individual needs. By blending different therapeutic approaches, my goal is to support you in becoming your own best resource—helping you navigate life’s challenges in a way that feels right for you.

First Session
Most people feel anxious at their first meeting with a therapist. This is perfectly normal. I understand how difficult it is to make this decision and I will provide a space where you can feel heard, understood, secure, safe, and welcomed. I will explain how therapy works; we will discuss confidentiality, safety, privacy, previous experience of therapy (if any). Please ask as many questions as you like. It is important for me that you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Usually, the first sessions are about understanding the reasons you decided to seek therapy, so I will ask questions and try to gather as much information as possible so that I can properly understand your concerns.

I answer all my calls and emails. If I am not available to answer your call, please leave a message on my voicemail. It is helpful to leave a daytime phone number and an evening phone number, as well as the best times, to reach you. I will call you back as soon as possible, generally within 24 hours.
I offer both online and face-to-face sessions.
